Sake is Japan’s most well-known alcoholic drink. It is brewed using any of a number of specialty sake rices, koji (otherwise known as rice malt or rice mould), and sometimes a little brewer's alcohol. A sake's characteristics, including how sweet or dry it is, how light or full bodied it is, and what flavours it evokes, depend on the type of rice and other ingredients used, how much the rice is polished/milled, and what brewing methods have been employed. To explore the wide and varied world of sake, take a look at Japan Centre's Sake section.

Really beautiful flavour, clean and clear, if you're looking for just one this is it.
Taste nice
An excellent product and size good for entertaining.
I haven't tried any yet! I can only look forward to drinking it
The description was spot on it was exactly how it was said to be. Would recommend highly especially if you were to have some of it chilled them have some warmed as the different flavours and the more subtle flavour come more into life
Since this was my first *** and i've only really downed ciders on the regular it was an interesting experience. Unlike whisky or vodka and other spirits *** feels more enjoyed as a relaxing rink to wind down and contemplate. I drank mine while star gazing and enjoyed raising my cup to the stars to share a drink with them. It's a drink that you will enjoy if you let each process of consumption linger and think upon the many level of flavour. It doesn't feel like a drink you can slam down as that would be an insult to the wine makers, the *** deserves your attention.\n\nI plan on sharing this particular bottle with some dear friends of mine in a nice setting when having heart to hearts. The first two cups were tough but i'm fastly growing a taste for it. I'd reccommend this bottle at least if you want to start enjoying ***, it's small, comes with the cup. and it's a flowery treat that feels like a peach tree grows from your gut to the **.
An excellent product with my sushi and sashimi dinners!
First time trying sake, this was recommended for beginners. I love the little glass bottle.\nI tried it and wouldn't buy it again, my husband tried it and loves it.
I originally thought this item was plastic but the fact it ws glass made it all the more better! I havent tatsed it as its a christmas present but I am over the moon with ir. Only thing I would say is the sticker attached to the bottle wasn't very attractive, although it did have a decent descroption about what the product was. Some different form of description other than a sticker to keep with the standard of the products would be great but that's me being picky!
Brilliant taste !
good for taster
