With the perfect full-bodied mouthfeel to carry the exceptional fresh flavour of unpasteurised sake, Sudo Honke's 'Kazan' daiginjo-grade sake has what it takes to surprise even the most experienced of sake drinkers. Made from Kamenoo-Koshihikari rice milled to 50% of its original size, this sake has a satisfying fullness on the palate, balanced by a clear and brisk finish. Best enjoyed chilled or warmed to 40°C, alongside foods rich in umami such as sukiyaki or steak.

The best sake comes from high-quality rice, high-quality rice grows from well-nourished soil, well-nourished soil is fed with nutrient-rich water and nutrient-rich water depends on the care of surrounding trees. How To Use

This item will be packed with cool gel in polystyrene boxes (poly boxes) and sent using Before Noon Delivery. Please store in the fridge and do not freeze.

• For Saturday Delivery, you must order by Friday 9am. Orders after this period cannot be guaranteed to be processed in time.

• Chilled items are not available for Next Day Delivery Orders.

Nama (unpasteurised) sake are loved for their vibrant freshness. This means that they are best enjoyed within an hour after opening the bottle, when the sake is most robust in flavour. Don't worry though, because you can still enjoy your sake for up to 2 days after opening the bottle, when refrigerated.
