Making your own Gelatin-free jelly is quick and easy:
• Use 1 sachet of agar jelly powder per 400-550ml liquid.
• Mix the contents of the sachet with sugar to your desired sweetness, then slowly add the water while mixing to avoid lumps. Heat with out stirring until it boils, turn down the heat and stir occasionally until the mixture has fully dissolved.
• Pour into your mould and leave to set.
