Wooden Tapered Rolling Pin/Pestle, 98 g
So much of Japanese cooking requires acute precision to bring about the delicate, refined tastes and flavours we know and love. With this thin, lightweight rolling pin, you can feel the depth of whatever it is you're rolling, including jiaozi or gyoza skin and even pasta, to the millimeter. The tapered end also allows for maximum control. You can also use it as a pestle with a separately sold mortar bowl.
