Refreshing and full of matcha flavour.

These matcha udon noodles are easy to make in only 5 mins. Udon noodles are slightly thicker than your average ramen or soba noodle, and have a chewy consistency to them. Adding matcha to the dough, these noodles are best served chilled with soup or with dipping sauce on a zaru tray. Try these on a hot day for a refreshing and cooling dish.

How To Use

- Boil 2L of water in a large saucepan. Place one package of noodles and boil for 5-6 minutes. Drain and serve as you like.
