Kasumitsuru Sake Seminar by Yoshio Fukomoto - 12 April 2017
Since the adoption of this method in 2011, all Kasumitsuru sake has been fermented this way. Due to this, their sake has a full bodied flavour accompanied by a sweet aroma which can be enjoyed both hot and cold. Kasumitsuru translates to ‘The Crane of Kasumi’ being named after the coastal town of Kasumi, known for its fresh seasonal crabs, idyllic spring baths and excellent local sake. With ‘Quality, Community and Cardinality first’ being Kasumitsuru's motto, expect to meet excellent sake paired with Sakagura appetisers for a surprising and unique flavour experience.
