A refreshing and fruity yuzu liqueur for any occasion.

Enjoy the best of yuzu citrus with Miyashita's yuzu liquer. Made using plenty of fresh yuzu citrus, this rice shochu-based liqueur is processed using the traditional techniques of Japanese breweries which fully bring out the gentle and refreshing sweet citrus taste and fruity aroma. It also contains Miyashita brewery's own ginjo sake that makes it distinctly their own. Ideal as an aperitif, as part of your main course (Japanese and other cuisines), or even after your meal as a dessert.

Plum wine (or umeshu, as it is known in Japanese) is made by steeping Japanese ume plums in sake and sugar until the flavour of the plum has infused into the alcohol. This particular combination of ingredients gives umeshu a deep, sweet/sour flavour. Umeshu is always better served chilled, but it can be enjoyed straight, on the rocks, or combined with other beverages for a fruity cocktail. How To Use

This item will be packed with cool gel in polystyrene boxes (poly boxes) and sent using Before Noon Delivery. Please consume by the midnight of the Use By Date. Please store in the fridge and do not freeze.
