Made from a combination of soy sauce, bonito fish extract, mirin rice wine and other savoury seasonings, each of these pods contains the perfect amount of sauce to season one serving of udon. Designed to be used to make kamatama udon (udon noodles with raw egg and other garnishes), this sauce can also be diluted with water to make soup broth, or used with other noodle varieties.
