Background

Udon are among the most widely enjoyed noodles in Japan. Udon are normally much thicker than other Japanese noodles such as soba or ramen, with a distinct chewy texture that makes them particularly ideal for enjoying with denser, thicker sauces. How To Use

Great as a quick and easy, one-pan meal.
• Pour 1 tbsp of cooking oil into a heated frying pan.
• Add any extra vegetables or meat.
• Add the noodles and sauce.
• If the noodles are hard to separate pour on 1 tbsp of hot water, before adding sauce, to help them soften up.
