Soba noodles for any occasion.

It is hard to get much more traditional than a classic soba (or buckwheat) noodle. These soba noodles have been made with a combination of wheat, buckwheat, and yam flours, for a balanced flavour that will accompany hot and cold noodle dishes with ease. Cool down during the summer by serving cold soba noodles with tsuyu dipping sauce, or warm up in the winter with a tasty hot soba noodle soup.

Soba is one of the three most commonly eaten types of noodle in Japan (along with udon and ramen). Soba’s primary unique characteristic is that it are made partially, if not entirely, from buckwheat. How To Use

• Add one bunch of soba noodles to 1L water. Push noodles as they soften until completely submerged. Allow to cook for around 5 minutes.
• Once cooked, strain and add straight to a hot noodle soup (if enjoying hot), or strain and rinse under cold water to cool down, if enjoying cold.
• If enjoying cold, serve on a zaru tray or plate with tsuyu dipping sauce on the side.
