For a Japanese knife that can be used for just about anything, you can't go wrong with this Santoku kitchen knife. Made from stainless steel, this double-edged knife has been purposely designed to be usable with all sorts of foods, including vegetables, fish, and meat. Small holes have also been cut along the blade to help prevent food from sticking to it, making it easier to slice and dice quickly and effortlessly. Care instructions are provided in English. Knife blade measures approx. 17cm in length. Knife measures approx. 29.5cm in length (including handle).
