How To Use

• Heat up 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a saucepan or hot pot and pan-fry 125g diced chicken thighs and 50g shimeji mushrooms over a medium heat until cooked through.
• Add 100ml water. Turn the heat to low and allow to simmer for approx. 3 minutes.
• After 3 minutes, add 150ml milk, 1 teaspoon sugar, and one sachet of Spice Mix. Stir everything together and allow to heat through. Serves 2.
