These shredded greens (grown entirely in Nagasaki) have been combined with hot chilli peppers and savoury sesame seeds before being stewed in a savoury/sour fermented seasoning, made with soy sauce, fish sauce, and turmeric for an intense burst of flavour. Enjoy in a variety of ways, including with tofu, as the filling in an onigiri rice ball, or as a ramen topping.
