MISHIMA
Since setting up shop in 1949, family-owned dried seasoning manufacturer Mishima has become one of the biggest furikake brands in Japan. Their most well-known product by far is Yukari; the distinct purple/red furikake made from seasoned, dried, red shiso (perilla) leaves. As well as Yukari, Mishima also produce a variety of other furikake and dried seasonings, all made with the utmost care from authentic ingredients.
