Delivery Methods

Delivery Service Providers

- We use Royal Mail, DPD, myHermes, and Parcelforce as our delivery service providers. Not all are available depending on your region or the weight of your parcel. Orders containing alcohol or age-restricted items can only be sent with DPD or Parcelforce. 

Tracking Your Parcel With DPD, myHermes and Parcelforce

- DPD, myHermes and Parcelforce offer full delivery tracking.

- If your order is being delivered by DPD, you will receive an email from DPD with your tracking number and delivery date. You will then receive a text message on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time.

- If your order is being delivered by Parcelforce or myHermes you will receive an email from them with your tracking number. Please be sure to provide an accurate email to be notified of your order. Also please check your spam folder just in case. 

- Parcelforce is a part of Royal Mail that focuses on larger parcels. Once parcels have been dispatched out of the UK, they will be passed onto their delivery partners in the delivery country. GLS is their European delivery partner.  

- All of the couriers we use may require deliveries to be signed for, so please make sure that there is someone available to sign for your delivery. If you need to leave it in a safe place, please leave a comment during checkout with the information on the requested safe place. Safe place requests cannot be guaranteed to be followed, and may be refused for some deliveries depending on the types of items ordered such as alcohol and age-restricted items.

Delivery Cannot be Tracked with Royal Mail

- There is no delivery tracking with Royal Mail when you order on

- We are unable to guarantee specific delivery days with Royal Mail.

Delivery Not Received

DPD, myHermes or Parcelforce
- If they have failed to deliver your order, please contact them directly with your consignment tracking number and they should be able to provide more details about your order.

- Please note that for domestic UK deliveries, DPD and myHermes deliver normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm. Please note that time requests are not able to be accommodated for specific hour delivery requests.  

- In some situations, DPD, myHermes or Parcelforce may ask you to contact us. If so, please contact us by calling 020 3405 1151 between 9:30am and 5:30pm, Monday-Friday, or by sending an email to

Royal Mail
- If Royal Mail have failed to deliver your order, it is possible that they were unable to deliver due to the parcel being too large to fit through your letterbox. In this situation, they will usually leave your parcel at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office, so please contact them first.

- If your parcel is not at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office, it is possible that your parcel has been delayed. Please wait up to 30 days after your order was dispatched.

- If you have still not received your order after 30 days, it is possible that your parcel has been lost. Please contact us by calling 020 3405 1151 between 9:30am and 5:30pm, Monday-Friday, or by sending an email to, and we will make arrangements to refund or resend your order.

DPD Pickup

- DPD Pickup is our newest delivery service allowing you to send your order directly to your preferred DPD Pickup shop.

- Save on postage and pick up your order at the best time for you.

- Currently we only offer this service for customers in England, Wales, and Parts of Scotland.

- Check your local DPD Pickup Shop, on the DPD website, or browse the options and store times during checkout to select the most convenient Pickup shop for you.

Terms & Conditions:

- We are unable to send the following items with DPD Pickup: bakery items, chilled items, fresh vegetables, JC Fresh subscriptions and Tea/Rice/Sake/Pop Culture Subscriptions.

Click & Collect

- Place an order online and collect from our Panton St. (nearest Tube Piccadilly Circus) and Park Royal (Nearest tube is Stonebridge Park Zone 3) locations. Please see our Store Finder page for more information. At this time, collection from Panton Street is limited to non-perishable foods and non-food products. This excludes chilled items, chilled bakery items, bakery items, fresh vegetables and fruits, and any subscription orders. 

- During checkout select Click & Collect Panton St. or Park Royal and choose a collection slot from the calendar.

- Collection orders must be made a minimum of two business days in advance. Opening times vary by location.

- After processing your order, we will contact you for confirmation of the time you wish to collect your order on the date chosen.
