We at Japan Centre have built up a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Japanese cuisine since 1976, which we are keen to share with our loyal customers. That’s why we regularly host a series of informative and enjoyable seminars on the art of Japanese food and drink led by experts in their field covering a wide range of topics, from matcha, and gyoza to sake. In collaboration with Shoryu, there are jazz and ramen nights and cocktail masterclasses.
