Shumai Chinese Style Dumplings

Siu Mai, or Shumai as they are called in Japanese, is a type of dumpling very similar to gyoza, but in a different shape and popularly made with a pork and shrimp filling.
They are actually really easy to make at home and as they freeze well, you can make a whole batch at once and freeze any that you don’t use. These can then be heated up in a microwave for a great bento filling or quick snack.
