For all customers based in the UK, your first order over £20 is eligible for FREE POSTAGE to UK Mainland destinations!

Conditions

  • This offer is only valid for New Customers (UK Mainland) only.
  • Minimum order of £20 (exclusive of postage and packing charges).
  • We will contact you should any items be out of stock and your item total falls below £20.
  • Free postage is available once per household.
  • To benefit from this offer you must choose the Free Next Working Day After Dispatch (Courier) option at checkout.
  • Before 12 Noon, Saturday Delivery and any other UK delivery options are not eligible for this offer.
  • Please make sure that you don’t have any chilled, bakery or other restricted items in your basket if you want to take advantage of this free delivery offer.
  • This offer covers delivery within the UK Mainland only. Mainland addresses exclude the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
  • Packaging fees are still applied.
  • Free delivery is only offered for 1 box up to 30kg. This 30kg is inclusive of packaging weight.
  • This offer cannot be used for Subscriptions and in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Your order may be dispatched with Royal Mail First Class post without notice if your total box weight is under a certain value.
  • We retain the right to remove this offer without notice.

10% Discount for New Customers (International)

For all international customers, your first order is eligible to receive a 10% DISCOUNT if it is destined for a non-UK Mainland address!

Conditions

  • This offer is valid for New Customers (International) only.
  • The 10% Discount is available once per household.
  • This discount will be applied after check out once we begin to process your order. It will not show in your order confirmation email, but will be visible on your delivery note and invoice.
  • Payment is taken when we are ready to dispatch your order, not when you place your order. You will be charged the discounted amount at dispatch.
  • This discount excludes: Books, Subscriptions, Sale Items and any other discounted items.
  • Discount is applied to items; Postage & Packaging is not included and charged in full.
  • This offer covers International destinations only. This includes non-UK Mainland addresses such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
