Zero calorie shirataki konnyaku noodles made with powdered seaweed in the traditional southern Japanese style. Made from the konjac yam plant, these noodles have a chewy, crunchy texture and little flavour of their own. Traditionally used in hotpot dishes like sukiyaki, they are equally delicious in other soups or stews, or as a replacement for wheat noodles or pasta. Please refrigerate, do not freeze. Consume as soon as possible after opening.
