3 bundles of thick, white dried udon noodles, enough for up to 5 people. These udon noodles originally come from the southern part of Japan called Kagawa, which was known in ancient times as Sanuki.


Udon noodles are thick white noodles made from wheat and noted for their fine, palatable and smooth taste. With added salt and water and the absence of egg, udon are generally whiter and softer in texture than other noodles.

How To Use

Cook dried noodles in a similar way to spaghetti.
• Add the udon noodles to a pan of boiling water.
• Allow to cook for approximtely 5 minutes or until soft.
• Serve in a bowl of noodle soup with meat and vegetables.
• Or add to a stirfry to make yaki udon.
