To create enough chirashi zushi for 2 people:
• Make 500g of cooked rice. Check out our Japanese Rice Recipe if you are unsure about how to cook Japanese rice.
• Add the rice to a bowl or sushi oke and add the vegetable sachet.
• Mix the rice well, while fanning it. Serve and sprinkle with the nori seaweed and sesame garnish.
