Add instant flavour to plain white rice with this resealable bag of rice seasoning containing pieces of salmon and whole whitebait sardines. The salmon have been caught locally in the waters of Hokkaido and are mixed with tiny whitebait sardines, sesame seeds and wakame seaweed for a fabulous fusion of Japanese flavours.


Furikake is a great way to liven up a plain bowl of rice or onigiri rice ball. Simply sprinkle the furikake over your rice and enjoy the delicious flavours.

How To Use

This salmon and whitebait rice seasoning is a versatile ingredient, here a few common uses.
• Mix a large spoonful into cooked rice for tasty onigiri.
• Mix in approx 2.5g rice seasoning with 160g warm cooked rice a splash of flavour and colour.
• Add as much as you like to chahan fried rice for further flavour!
