Organic, vegan and GM-free, this firm and silken tofu is gourmet healthy eating at its most delicious. Naturally full of flavour, this creamy organic tofu is made from whole soy beans, spring water from Mount Fuji and a naturally occurring mineral rich coagulant called nigari.


Tofu is a fantastic health food in Japan, which is made by coagulating soy milk until it becomes firm enough to be pressed into blocks that are low in fat, but high in protein. Silken tofu is different to normal tofu due to its smooth texture and versatile nature, which makes it suitable for both savoury dishes and desserts.

How To Use

Tofu is a popular meat substitute and great for vegetarian dishes.
• Hiyayakko Tofu: Serve as a whole block with a dash of soy sauce, grated ginger and sliced spring onions.
• Add to a stirfry or nabe hot pot.
• Mix with your salad.
• Use in a dessert with syrup.
