When can you expect to receive your order?

DPD and Parcelforce Courier Services

In the UK: If your delivery address is in the UK, you can expect to receive it the next working day after dispatch. You should receive an email confirmation from DPD or Parcelforce which will notify you of the date and approximate time (in the case of DPD) that they expect to complete the delivery.

Outside the UK mainland: Deliveries to addresses outside the UK mainland such as the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Ireland and other non-mainland islands usually take 2 working days to arrive.

International orders: For international orders, it usually takes 3-7 days to arrive with you, but this may change depending on your delivery location.

Royal Mail

In the UK: Royal Mail orders in the UK are sent out using First Class post, so you can expect to receive it the next day. However, delivery times are subject to change due to Royal Mail scheduling that is outside of our control.

International orders: If you select Royal Mail for an international delivery, please note that after leaving the UK, it will be picked up by any local post offices and delivered by the local postal service of your country. Delivery times vary in different countries.

Please note that any deliveries can be subject to unforeseen delays such as problems with traffic or weather.

We process orders once daily on weekday mornings. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following weekday.

Orders can take up to 3 working days to prepare depending on their contents. We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, however please be aware same day dispatch in not available.

Next Day Delivery after dispatch is guaranteed within the UK (excluding Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Ireland and other non-mainland islands) for courier services. For orders destined for delivery outside the UK will take longer. It usually takes 3 - 7 working days for delivery to European addresses though the arrival time can vary depending on destination and local postal services.
Please be aware we do not process orders or have courier orders delivered on Saturday or Sunday (unless the special Saturday Delivery service is chosen). National Holidays are not counted as working days.
