Delivery Methods

Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce Courier Service uses Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce courier service for all orders, depending on the option chosen. We do not make any deliveries ourselves.

DPD and Parcelforce Offers Full Delivery Tracking

If you choose DPD courier service, you will receive an email from DPD with your tracking number and an estimated delivery date and time. Parcelforce will also provide a tracking number, but no estimated delivery time. You need to be available to sign for a delivery from DPD and Parcelforce so please make sure that there is someone at home on the delivery date to sign for your package.

Delivery Cannot be Tracked with Royal Mail

Royal Mail deliveries cannot be tracked and as such we are unable to guarantee any deliveries with Royal Mail, although we will do as much as we can to assist, should your order be delayed. Royal Mail deliveries usually take between 1 - 10 days to be delivered depending on location, but may take up to 30 days to arrive.

Delivery Not Received

DPD or Parcelforce

If you have not received your order intended for delivery by DPD or Parcelforce, please contact DPD or Parcelforce directly with your consignment tracking number and they should be able to provide more details about your order.

In some situations, DPD or Parcelforce may ask you to contact us. In this case, please call us as soon as possible on 020 3405 1151 and we can speak to DPD or Parcelforce to help you get your order delivered as soon as possible.

Royal Mail

If you have not yet received your order delivered by Royal Mail, it is possible that they were unable to deliver due to the package being too large to fit through your letterbox. In this situation, they will usually leave the package to be collected from your local post office, so please check with them first. If your Royal Mail delivery is not at your local post office, it is suggested to wait up to 30 days before Royal Mail will accept a Lost Item claim. Please contact us after 30 days have passed and we can make arrangements for resending your order.

Items Damaged Upon Arrival

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive your order and any items have been damaged during transit. It is also very helpful if you are able to take a photo of the box contents and send to us so that we can take the appropriate steps to replacing your order.
