Unlike Italian or French style dressings, Japanese salad dressings are often made with sesame and soy which gives any salad a rich, nutty taste low in fat. These subtle flavoured Japanese dressings are also great on fresh vegetables and seaweed salad mixes, with the tangy yuzu dressings particularly good on fresh seafood salads.
