Hikari Medium Red Awase Miso (Yuuki Kodawattemasu Awase Miso)
A large fridge-friendly sized box containing 750g of miso paste made from soy beans, wheat, rice and salt. This miso is made using only organic ingredients and is certified by the Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture. Awase miso is a blend of red and white giving it a deliciously mild taste. Miso can be used as an alternative to soy sauce and in all sorts of Japanese cooking, from the famous miso soup, to marinades, dressings and toppings. It is also used increasingly in health-food cooking as it is low in fat (5%) and cholesterol. Highly recommended!
