Delivery method
We send all our deliveries using Royal Mail, DHL and Parcelforce, offering a combination of variable rate and flat rate postage at various speeds.

Please note: For orders sent using Royal Mail please allow up to 28 days for delivery before making a claim. Whilst normal Royal Mail delivery is 3-5 days the delivery speed of this national service may be effected by strikes, weather, remote destinations and is outside of our control.

Where can you deliver to?
We can deliver non-food items worldwide. We can send food and drink items to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Holy See (Vatican City State), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (Mainland), Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (Channel Islands), United Kingdom (England, Wales and Parts of Scotland), United Kingdom (Highlands and Islands of Scotland), United Kingdom (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly) & Balearic islands (Majorca, Minorca, Ibiza, and Formentera).

Dispatch time
Depending on stock we aim to have all orders dispatched within 3 working days of entering 'Picking and Packing in Progress' status (for which you are sent an e-mail). We set newly placed orders to this status once daily at 9am. If you place an order at the weekend, we will will start to process your order on the following working day (usually Monday).
Public Holidays
Please note that while we process orders Mon-Fri, we are unable to dispatch on public holidays (UK Good Friday and Bank Holidays). Also, deliveries over these periods are likely to be disrupted, and is something which is unfortunately outside our control. If you would like confirmation of delivery speed over these periods, please contact us.
